nunwa yes you are right.i dont think they have any thing documented on paper,but they are assured of the spot.at the end of the day residency is like any other job,some one reco's you ,you get it.but its not fair that 95%go thro pain and effort to score high,rest 5% its a cake walk as they know someone.its same politics every where.
