What do you mean to appear in post office, mine was pretty fast, maybe 30 minutes.

i got answer from your question
what meant wa when we upload personal statement, how long does it take to get uploaded in our postoffice?
but as u said 30 mins, i got it that it gets into postt office account swiftly !
that should also be the case with photo right ?
only usmle transcript may take 1-2 days

ECFMG says photo takes 3-5 business day for upload, i did mine friday night and sunday night was in PO.
