you have to finish all steps with in 7 years was my understanding.... if u dont than you have to retake the earliest exam again....just go to oasis/ecfmg and start reading...... than go to fsmb and look at individual state requirements

where are you from? if you really want to practice as a physician i would say do something like a certification in radiology or anything and go practice in your country with this additional knowledge.

i think you should forget about applications and all. just get into one program for research or externship and make urself acquainted completely with that one program and PD.
