Hats off to you.... If you can write or review 45 personal statements "without compromising" the quality of work and without knowing what you are "dealing with" i.e. People's future.
We have been taught the fundamental rule of division of labor so we work as "team" in clinical life as well as while helping fellow residency aspirants. We have gone through the same processes ourselves and know the agony, pain,sacrifices and years of hard work. We have seen our junior fellows successfully completing their residencies and entering fellowship matches and securing the spots as well.
We look forward to working with the "residents to be"

P.S. Jim shelly it would have been much better if you focus on helping the residency applicants who are not at all interested in this bickering in which you are dragging us. They are already stressed at this time of the year so you are not doing any good by badmouthing us or any other writing service. Grow up!!!! try to have a positive frame of mind and good things would happen to you.
