so excluding canada and america, the rest of the world follows mostly the british influence, so i doubt that this would be a wide spread knowledge, the knowledge of mspe hahahahahahahaha

having the medical school outside not providing it, means that the person did not fail. it just means that the medical school were not prepared for such mspe. they were not gathering stuff over the years as this is not necessary for them to do so. ask them for the transcript, they would provide. ask them for mspe, they would be reluctant since they would have to remind themselves of years ago, every year in medical school hahahahahahahaha

so would you prefer to write some stuff from memory of 6 years ago say its a 6 years program. try and recollect all the memories of the lecturers over the years to make pages of mspe. doing so would make one vulnerable to falsified writing and would forever be questioned for the liability of their writing hahahahahaha or make a stand and say that transcript is the only thing they would provide and should give an idea of mspe. they do not provide mspe. which would safeguard them and the school from unnecessary blabbering hahahahahahahahaha

after recieving too many requests for mspe would then make the school decide that it is necessary to have mspe. they would then do what the usa medical school do, have the evaluation forms out for the lecturers and tutors to fill in a narrative evaluation every year. comes final year, they have pile of papers to sum up and write narrative essay which would then be described as mspe. that would be safe for them since it had been recorded in real time over the years and not based on memory say six years ago memory. who would still remember anything about someone who had been a medical student 6 years ago. other then maybe highlight moments or embarrassing moments for that students hahahahahaha

besides not every students of the school is bound to go to usa, so why would they bother with about 1 or 2 students who wants to go to usa and wants mspe, to change the practice of the school and introduce a new thing called mspe hahahahahahaha they would only make such change if say they have numerous requests for mspe every year, that would make them decide to have mspe done since everyone is going to the usa. check the carribean medical school, by this reason, i think that they provide mspe for all their graduates hahahahaha

medical schools have to maintain their status, not provide falsified writing, not provide any means by which would downgrade the school in anyway haha for example, if one cheats around medical school and graduate, like not doing admissions and stuff which would be reflected in their clinical, that already questions the medical school and the education they providing, give me a grad from harvard and we would all turn our head omg a harvard grad is here. everything that harvard grad would provide would be authentic and not falsified. give me another school otherwise that its known for falsifying things, everyone from that school would be downgraded just from being in that school alone hahahahahaha even before they appear, they already downgraded hahahahahahahaha
