It is a novel and interesting concept trying to bridge the gap between applicants and residents. whether it will be a viable long term project is to be see because a site like this need a critical number of resident volunteers from a huge number of programs across the country. Congrats to the admins for bringing another social networking site but with emphasis on resident-applicant interactivity. Concept is interesting, execution remains to be seen. Good luck!
