I am using UW CCS.
I noticed some of the cases end before time i.e the 2 min screen comes up.
do I have to discharge all patient? or is it ok to leave them to continue therapy especially the ones that still need to be monitored e.g. the asthmatic guy uworld ccs case 19 and the unstable angina guy case 17.
if patient is ready for discharge, and i ve not done so b4 the 2 min screen, what can be done on the final order screen?
all imputs are appreciated

couldnt write earlier as i was on-call..residency started and enjoying it a lot...

I passed step3...

scored 212...
my UWSA was round about the same, although i dont remember the exact..
Uworld cumulative, timed, 3 blocks /day was around 65ish i think...
