come on guys , why are you taking that so serious, like I don't know about all that !!!! yes i understand that the main pupose for that forum is to discuss sime USMLE releated questions but i also sometimes use it to vent and joke

Well, that is an expensive joke that you posted and some people may not take your joke seriously, but some people may take it very seriously because if you are really passionate about being a medical doctor for the right reasons then why vent like that. I agree with a wise one that said "when you love the type of job you do, then it won't feel like you are working at all and you won't notice the time that has passed while at work"!
