hey nickmle choice C is not restrictve ... here everything decreases even fev1 ... but decrease in fev1 is less than fvc.. most of the air is exhaled in that one sec.. so fev1 and fvc are almost the same..so fev1/fvc ratio is normal or increased..

How is TLC normal in obstructive disease. I also pick up D.

most volumes can be measured using spiro but rv and any capacity containg rv cant be measured so that would be tlc, frc

hmm so does tht mean tht if they specify spirometry in the Q stem u just look for anythign else except for tlc and frc?

but it still puzzles me tht he said tlc is N and fvc1 is dec....
