Alopecia acreta vs Alopecia Totalis vs androgenic - zarra
#1
Does anyone know the exact differences between Alopecia Acreta, Alopecia Totalis and Androgenic Alopecia

This is what I have so far: (but dont know if its right)

Acreta - is AA, get oval patches of hair loss with expand to include areas of the scalp. (assoc with anti-microsomal ABs)

Totalis - involves the entire scalp

Androgenic Alopecia - hormone induced, involves males and females, is male pattern baldness

Thanks so much guys!!!
