Sorry for not answering for earlier...
Sam27- I took all the NBME exams. Test 1= 380 Test 2=est 4420 Test 3= 440 Test 4=480 I did all them timed with a stop watch. So I paid for un timed test. Before I closed each block i wrote down the questions so at the end of the test I could answer them with references. I hope this is a better explaination...
