@pimg,You thought Rt -> NORM, then HSP would not be yr ans. HSP typically seen in? Adult OR Children ?

If I tell you MC clinical manifestations of "cryoglobulinemic vasculitis" are
-Cutaneous vasculitis
-Arthritis
-Peripheral neuropathy
-Glomerulonephritis

U would be agree with me?

Bz only 5% of pats with chronic hep C dev -> cryoglobulinemic vasculitis


Lab fining in pat support CV + hypocomplementemia W low C4 & (+) RF w/out antinuclear Ab and (-) test for cryoglobulins puzzling.


Ans *C* orrect.

i am not too sure about treatment. i would assume give corticosteroids, then manage hep c with
ribavirin
