Hey,please help me
i really have problem in this field
i cant distinguish breavment from adjustment disorder,

according to DSM V and Kaplan lecture-
ASD and PTSD now shifted from anxiety chapter to a new traumatic chapter.
ASD/PTSD- stressor ( like trauma, war, rape, natural calamity) + nightmare, flashback, avoidance of stimuli, increase arousal. so its mostly NOT ASD.

Bereavement- identical symptoms of MDD but will return to baseline.

Adjustment disorder- cant coping with stressor and not meet any criteria for any other condition.

so now I think, for BOTH Qs, ans is ADJUSTMENT DISORDER.
