i don't had ssn, still i applied for ptal after live scan. i had b1 visa for 10 years. can i get ssn for ptal purpose. i heard lot of things about it. now my ptal is struck only for ssn. they have given me 1 year time to submit ssn and gget ptal. what i have to do now. crushed between laws of state of california and laws of united states. time may solve this problem. let's pray god.
