@arashinder: I received a thank you letter in November a week after my interview, but nothing mentioning rank. Did you?

No but PD mentioned they send out ranking emails to all they rank and that they interview 40 ppl and rank most of them.

When was your interview? My letter talked about when their program was good and that I made a good impression, what did you get?

In January...Got a similar letter but no rank email....
