i will tell u why i said j1 would be better.....it is all about the fellowship i am keen on doing

i agree with coolgus on this,

i have known ppl with specialist qualifications ending up doing a waiver job as a family practitioner for 3yrs and if u specialised in procedures u run a risk of de-skilling as well.

but morpheus even if someone goes on h1b now and wishes to do fellowship he will hav to convert to j1 and would mean the same thing

yes you got it......what do u say on that buddy.....h1b can give u stability without good career options and J1 gives u a constant mental trouble but the desired education in the end.......i think h1 shud be the criteria for those who wish to go to US for earning money at any cost....what do u say!
