The parents has no right to withhold life or limb saving treatment from the minor, Again in an emergency, the doctor is obliged to treat the victims in the best interest standards.
Buuut, this doesnt look like either of this, the need for blood transfusion is a probability predetermined not emergently determined. So .....CCCCC |
