Thank u so much for the advices, I honestly think that my main problem is integrating the material. I just can't do it i think, I don't know if by getting a partner it would help..
Uhm i cant check NBME 7 cause I paid for it and they don't provide any answers. I don't even know if i should do UW again or should i do USMLErx questions which i haven't done. i feel like if i knew my stuff but there is many time that when i do questions i need to re-read it .

i will try going to the kaplan center in manhattan n.y to see if i can speak to a medical advisor, i will show them a print out of my NBME's to see what they can tell me,.. even though i feel that i need to find a way to learn how to integrate the material.
