Wouldnt you rank Cleveland Clinic and Albert Einstein above SUNY?

In my opinion, Cleveland seems to be a better program than tufts. Not just because the name. The faculties from Cleveland showed higher commitment with the residency.
Tufts recently closed their pediatric psych inpatient unit due to financial problems.
HSS seems to be bigger than tufts.
On the other hand, tufts is located in Boston. But, I know there are some residents in HSS that lives in Boston.
I can not say anything about NSLIJ and Baylor. I just heard good things about them.

1/2Tufts University (J1, maybe h1 i need to investigate)
2/1 NSLIJ (h1)
Institute of Living (j1)
Harvard South Shore (j1)
Baylor (j1) (this one could be number 3 or 4 but, I still donĀ“t know if I should give priority to the reputation of the program and its location in Houston. My preference is northeast, but i think i should be more flexible)
University of Chicago j1, h1
SUNY downstate (j1, h1)
UVA (j1)
Westchester medical college (h1)
University of Buffalo both visas i think
Cleveland Clinic j1, h1
Albert Einstein h1

NSLIJ shpuld be number 1 for its research
Baylor should be 2 for its reputation , location
UVA should be 3.the only issue is location
Tufs at 4
IOL at 5 (We have had a detail discussion as to why I think you should rank it ahead)
HSS
Cleveland is popular as it is cleveland. else itsa pretty ordinary program.
WCMC , only good thing is H1 and location. And I have heard recently that its closing down.
