I didn't ask for it. I just sent thank you letters to the PD and my interviewer. Though I had mentioned in my thank you letter that I would like to consider an out of match opportunity.

contact the program coordinator and ask her for the PD's email? I interviewed with one of the faculty members not the PD, wish I could help you.

well no point contacting now... i mailed the PC the thank you letter sending best wishes to the PD since I didn't have his email address. and i ived in november so it doesn't make sense now...

well you never know, last year they gave 5 prematches out of 7 spots, if someone declines the prematch you might still have a chance, GL to u

I personally asked everyone for their email addresses at the end of my interview. And if you call the PC, I don't think she would mind giving you email addresses.
