I have a right to call people who are supposed to be so smart who show they are not smart, it was a generalization, if you take it personally then do not come to the USA at all, in this country we have freedom of speech and tell it like it is. My app was ready 2 weeks ago app and programs selected. All I have to do is approve apply and pay.
I cant do to ill prepared others

Yes program tab not avaliable, I have also submitted application .

the ones who submitted the application check the application overview as there could be missing some information from the application due to faulty website... just a suggestion , no evidence of happening it now

even if you check the app now, after submitting, you cant do anything about it i think. its locked for good now.
