@usmle200014 & stepprepimg on stem skin biopsy did demonstrate IgA dominant complex dep/moreover what would be complement level on HSP pat?

I thought HSP patients complement levels should be normal...
but this patient has borderline ↓C3 & markedly ↓ for C4...

but based on the other choices...seem like D is better?
