OK, guys, I think we're talking about a few different things here. 1- each state has its own requirements for candidates to be able to TAKE step 3 (x years of residency, you have/don't have to apply for a lisence concomitantly etc).
2- AFTER you have taken your step 3 in a certain state, are you free to apply for a lisence in any other state? any restrictions? time limitation? any other type of pain in the a$$?
I think the answer for the first item is pretty straight forward in the FSMB website, but I still don't have an answer for the second one.
Any comments?
