no visa
pediatric residency in home country for 18 months (till now)

i have some doubts :
1. for applying for 2013 match, can i start the process(getting eras token, etc) in August and still be able to apply by Sept1 ?

2. in case i apply for 2014 match instead of this year (as some family circumstances may force me to do), will i be losing much as i graduated in 2010 and it'd be 3 yrs next yr?

any inputs would be greatly appreciated..!

You can start the process now.... do you have some LORs?
Your scores are phenomenal, and your YOG very recent.
You should have absolutely no problems getting peds interviews.
If due to your family problems you can only apply for 2014 match, the YOG should not be an issue.. and you can even add more US clinical experience and maybe even finish step 3.

Make sure your LORS are from the US. Do not rush and fk up CK. you should be fine for PEDS but you really need USCE and your scores when u apply.
