I like this thread because it has more use than some previous ones I have been seeing for the past week since IV season has ended. Here is a link to the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) which we can subscribe for free and get latest updates on drugs, researches and any other topic in the medical field. It will keep up busy by reading news in the medical field and will also keep us updated.

@swanneck- well it's kinda common sense lol. What you're describing is exercise-induced tachycardia and tachypnea. With SIRS someone may present with those in addition to other symptoms listed in the diagnostic criteria. To rule out or rule in SIRS, the patient would probably have to cease from doing any activities that could give a false diagnosis. Any one may correct me if I'm wrong.
