why are kaplan step2 notes better than the step3 notes?

step 2 notes cover mre topics. if u look at step 3 notes will find what i am talking about.

ok so here's the question. It was asked but u did not answer.
I can only choose 1 qbank, I want to choose the one that YOU think helped the MOST for the exam. This is for the MCQ section. Please advise. I know both are good but I can only buy ONE so which one had more of the concepts that the actual exam hits on???
