I think if a program was willing to take the 'risk' with you and offer a prematch, I'm sure you did well in your other interviews as well. It seems like you would have forever regretted taking the prematch offer and would have wondered what could have been had you given the match a chance.
You obviously realize the risk. My gut tells me you'll match in the rank (if that means anything at all - it's currently full of rice and chicken).
It may be tough to do now but you should have a backup plan should you not match. Keep busy, work in a clinical setting or research.
