holy beep, that is a ton of money for that refresher...for that I would expect a residency position at a program there, a strong, quality LOR, and WITHOUT the urgency of making great impression on the people there, as long as you showed up with work ethic and weren't a complete idiot....too much money being paid to them in addition to being required to kiss their arses; no thank you. otherwise, pretty straightforward, I would just guess this is also a gamble where hopefully you get more out of the effort you put into, ...cheers and keep on readching for the stars and dreaming really, really big!

@5344 : No , I just mentioned it because I thought since it is being offered by Drexel, they atleast won;t be fraudulent which some organizations pointed out in this forum are.. ,, I would consider this one, if I had the money..I 'd advise you t o conduct your own research and make sure that you are not being ripped off , before getting into anything..its a huge investment with no guarantees...
