Both studies (A and B) show Clinical Significance but Study-A is Statistically Significant because confidence interval 1.2 - 2.8 (does not include 1)
but Study-B is not Statistically Significant, although both studies were done in the same population. because confidence interval include 1. In other words, both studies clinically have shown that there is a significant increase in risk of DVT but statistically we could identify that only in Study-A but not in Study-B and that is most likely cause of "smaller sample Size in Study-B.

thank you but what about 2?

2 is wrong because study B is not biased. it is just statistically insignificant.
