how do we treat cold IgM hemolysis problem ( steroid-->splenectomy--> cyclophosphamide??)
and how we manage waldenstrom's hyperviscosity from high IgM (plasmapheresis?)
little confused pls put some input

Mx of IgM hemolysis:
first avoid cold...............If fails, cyclosporine/cyclophosphamide/azathioprne
Can use Rituximab
steroid n splenectomy - as distruction is in liver..... never use in IgM ds
