I think all the chices are correct to some extent, but the question is asking about what is the best advice. So choice (E) says use ONLY protective clothes, which I think is not accurate because we should combine all the 3 protective measures which are:

1- Avoid sun exposure especially midday
2- Protective clothing
3- Sun screen with SPF 15 or greater

So from those answers, b, c and e are correct. What is the answer ?

The tropical weather increases the risk of heat stroke in an infant less than 3mths. Mother should think of another destination for her vacation.

He was joking Smile)

You know, questions like this one don't reflect real practice, because obviously when a mother asks you, you will tell her all the advices needed like I mentioned above. You are not expected to meet a mother who will say "please doctor, tell me one advice only, I cannot handle more than one !!"
