Lets see why the site is the most common one for primary breast cancers. Age 56 does not go well with either fibrocystic disease which is the most common lesion in patients aged LESS than 50 years not more than 50. its not a fibroadenoma because thats the most common mass in patients LESS than 35. the closest lymphnode near this position is the axillary and that too is quite far away and at this age getting a benign lymp node would be highly unlikely metastatic tumor a possibility but from where, there has to be something else with it |
