3.uncontrolled presynaptic dopamine realease
4.Na channel bloeckage
5.CL channel overactivity

not sure..but....main effect of TCA overdose is hypotension and cardiotoxicity....NE and serotonin initially accumulates....so the initial excitatory effects..than they are depleted ...so produces hypotension....it should be either 3..4..or..5...may be 333333..i m not sure though

amytriptilline inhibits
presynaptic neurotransmitter uptake(serotonin n NE) casuing tremors n insomnia
it inhibits FAST Na CNAHHEL causing conduction defects,hypotension n arrythmias
it aslo inhibits muscarinic receptors(acetylcholine) causing hyperthermia,flushing,dilated pupil,Intestinal ileus,urinary retention n constipation
it inhibits alfa adrenergic receptors casuing peripheral vasodilatation( orthostatic hypotention)
it inhibits histamine receptor (H1) causing sedation
