can anyone educate me of this one? based on what we know it's sample size issue (confident interval or absolute number?) or its not sutdy design issue?

Consider 2 studies ... one with 10 patients as sample size and other with 10000 patients as sample size. Which result will be more valid. Validity also depends on the power of the study which inturn is proportional to the sample size.
