well if anyone can advice me too where to apply and what else i can do, im out of contacts and 4th match and and old grad, US permanent resident, average scores and an attempt in step 2CK, but have step 3 done, with numerous observerships and externships

thought i was getting in this year since supposedly PD liked me, but i guess didn't like me enough...

so here i am, looking for a job in the meantime, but, im thinking about the next match and i don't see anything changing

bottom line we know old grads get filtered, so how do they even get to look at our application?

I'm sorry to hear about this.

But its not they system that's messing you up. Obviously 6 attempts is whats doing it, its pretty clear.
Contact do help no doubt, so why not make some at your uni to try get in
