I appreciate if somebody let me know what are the best resources for step3 and what is an impressive score for IM programs in step 3

UW CCS 51 case subscription
mapping 100 case pdf
the higher the score, the more impressive it will be.

For Step 1 and Step2, scores higher than 240-250 considered to be impressive, Is this the same for step 3 or people generally get lower scores in step3 compared to Step 1 and 2?

ARCHER Step 3 - both CCS and theory review --the best
UWORLD - both CCS and Q-bank - best in Q-banks
Kaplan ma be if you have time
MTB3 for last minute review, watch out lot of errors in it though

docsendi, Archer and UW are two different products. UW CCS is software and Archer is thorough demonstration of CCS cases on the exam software along with strategies.
UW and Archer complement each other, both need to be done in my opinion. If you start with Archer CCS and Theory, UW CCS and Q-bank become just easier to complete and understand. Good luck

Archer is very repetitive. It's just recording of their lectures. Not very time efficient,
